Rocket Fuel in Your Pocket

Encouragement is the skill of excavating unrecognized talent and facilitating the crossing of the threshold of potential to sometimes life-changing results

It isn’t about giving gratuitous trophies; it is a set of skills that with practice can transform our own sense of purpose and our lives as well as the lives of others. One additional benefit: the act of encouragement is as good, or maybe better, for the giver as it is for the receiver.

Encouraging Yourself Through Thick and Thin

The turbulence in the world infuses us with feelings of hopelessness and fear for the future of our world. However, not one of us is helpless. We can calm our anxiety by starting to learn how to encourage ourselves to understand, realize, and express our own gifts. We can take a stand for our values, and use our skills of encouragement to reach out, connect, and elevate those around us. When we practice these skills, we become aware that life around us improves dramatically.
