Every so often, we get surprised by encouragement.
You’ve been there.
Someone sends you a special note, gives you shout out, or goes many miles way beyond what we expect.
It leaves us feeling loved, connected, and valuable.
It’s even more special when strangers take it upon themselves to do something so meaningful.
A young couple had waited nine years to find a baby to adopt.
They boarded a Southwest Airlines plane to return home with the baby, and as the baby got fussy, they apologized to the passengers around them.
Without the couple realizing it, two flight attendants asked everyone on the plane to write a note of encouragement to the new parents.
Pretty soon, they had a huge stack of notes with good wishes, sage advice, and written love and hugs.
The two flight attendants who are married and had adopted had experienced the same journey. One of the flight attendants on their plane had done the same thing. So, they decided to pay it forward.
Below, in the link, is a great video and an inspiration to all of us to not sit back and wait for someone else to make someone’s day.
